Pitching Matchup:
Marlins: Jonathan Bermudez (0-0, 5.79 ERA, 1.93 WHIP, 4 strikeouts)
Pirates: Bailey Falter (7-7, 4.45 ERA, 1.31 WHIP, 84 strikeouts)

Over/Under: 8.5 (Over -115, Under -105)
Run Line: Pirates -1.5 (+115), Marlins +1.5 (-135)
Game Breakdown:
The Pittsburgh Pirates, who have won three straight at home, will aim to sweep their season series against the Miami Marlins, leading it 6-0. The Pirates, with a 36-38 record at home, boast a team ERA of 4.16, which ranks ninth in the National League. Bryan Reynolds has been a key contributor with 22 home runs and 83 RBIs, while Andrew McCutchen has been hot, slugging four homers and driving in 10 runs over his last 10 games.
The Marlins have struggled on the road, going 26-44. Jonathan Bermudez will take the mound in search of his first win, and Miami's lineup, featuring Jesus Sanchez (.248 average, 17 home runs), will try to break their winless streak against Pittsburgh this season.
Best Bet:
Pirates -1.5 (+115)
Pittsburgh’s recent form at home and their dominance over Miami this season make the Pirates a strong pick on the run line.

Cleveland Guardians (83-62) vs. Chicago White Sox (33-113)
Location: Chicago; Wednesday, 2:10 p.m. EDT
Pitching Matchup:
Guardians: Matthew Boyd (2-1, 2.20 ERA, 0.77 WHIP, 26 strikeouts)
White Sox: Davis Martin (0-3, 3.29 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, 35 strikeouts)
Betting Lines:
Moneyline: Guardians -224, White Sox +184
Over/Under: 8.5 (Over +105, Under -125)
Run Line: Guardians -1.5 (-135), White Sox +1.5 (+115)
Game Breakdown:
The Chicago White Sox are trying to snap a 14-game home losing streak as they host the first-place Cleveland Guardians. Chicago has struggled mightily this season, holding a league-worst record of 33-113 overall and 18-56 at home. The White Sox offense has been inconsistent, and their inability to convert hits into runs has been a key issue, with a 25-47 record in games where they record eight or more hits.
Cleveland, on the other hand, remains strong in the AL Central, holding a 40-37 record in road games. Their success has been tied to power hitting, as they are 39-10 in games where they hit two or more home runs.
Top Performers:
White Sox: Andrew Vaughn has been a rare bright spot for Chicago with 46 extra-base hits (29 doubles, 17 home runs).
Guardians: Steven Kwan has provided steady production with 16 doubles, 13 home runs, and solid contact hitting.
Best Bet:
Guardians -1.5 (-135)
With Chicago’s continued struggles, particularly at home, and Cleveland's solid pitching and road performance, backing the Guardians to cover the run line seems like the best play. The under 8.5 could also be a good option considering both teams' recent trends.

Texas Rangers (70-75) vs. Arizona Diamondbacks (81-64)
Location: Phoenix; Wednesday, 3:40 p.m. EDT
Pitching Matchup:
Rangers: Cody Bradford (5-2, 3.05 ERA, 0.87 WHIP, 56 strikeouts)
Diamondbacks: Merrill Kelly (4-0, 4.08 ERA, 1.23 WHIP, 41 strikeouts)
Betting Lines:
Moneyline: Diamondbacks -180, Rangers +150
Over/Under: 8.5 (Over -110, Under -110)
Run Line: Rangers +1.5 (-175), Diamondbacks -1.5 (+145)
Game Breakdown:
The Arizona Diamondbacks are looking to extend their series lead after taking the opener against the Texas Rangers. Arizona, with a strong home record of 40-31, has one of the best batting averages in MLB at .262, making them a potent offensive force. The Diamondbacks are performing well at the plate, but their pitching staff has been inconsistent, shown by their 6.00 ERA over the last 10 games.
The Texas Rangers have struggled on the road with a 29-41 record, but they’ve found success when out-hitting opponents, posting a 54-13 record in those games. They are in decent form, winning seven of their last ten games while posting a 4.00 team ERA. Cody Bradford’s solid season on the mound could give Texas a chance to bounce back.
Top Performers:
Diamondbacks: Corbin Carroll has been a key contributor with 20 doubles, 12 triples, 19 home runs, and 66 RBI while batting .229.
Rangers: Eugenio Suarez has been hot, going 15-for-37 with two doubles and five home runs over the past 10 games.
Best Bet:
Over 8.5 (-110)
Both teams have shown capable offenses, and with Arizona's pitching issues of late (6.00 ERA over the last 10 games), the over looks appealing. Additionally, the Rangers have shown the ability to take advantage of weak pitching, making the over a strong play in this matchup.
